Verizon CWA on Strike in NYC

I'm a member of AFTRA so I'm a union worker. I stand in solidarity with the CWA who are striking against Verizon. I wish you all much success in your efforts. And if you're a Verizon customer you can help out striking employees by sending an email or calling customer service and urging the company to negotiate with the union to begin addressing some of the concessions.

The Ebony Hillbillies Sabrina's Holiday

I saw this band, The Ebony Hillibillies, playing in the Herald Square subway station this morning. Man were they good! I love an upright bass. They had a CD, Sabrina's Holiday, available for $15 but I didn't have that much cash on me today.
